Pray all the time. Prayer is conversing with God. It is spending time in His presence. God loves it when we are talking to him.
How to pray?
You don’t need special words. Just speak from your heart. Thank God. Praise God. Tell God. Ask God. Count your blessings. Pray for family. Pray for friends. Pray for neighbours. Pray for colleagues. Pray for classmates. Pray for your leaders. Pray for everyone you meet. Pray for everyone you know and even for people you don’t know.

God knows. He knows your thoughts and actions. He knows you. We are all made in His image. He already knows, but tell Him anyway.
Simply pray.
